A client requested that we upgrade this rental property for sale at a minimum cost for a maximum return. A classic “flip” with the latest remodel performed in the 1990’s. We were up for the challenge.

We restored and modernized the infrastructure, re-worked the plan for an open concept kitchen and dining, added bathrooms and, updated finishes throughout. Original classic detailing was retained and enhanced with matching trim and moulding in areas like the dining room to make the open concept appear to have been there all along.

While we don’t make promises on investment returns, we did manage to deliver a return that was greater than expected in addition to bringing the house forward on a limited budget from start to finish in just 10 months.
