MarJang led the design team in renovating the existing Kensington Fire Protection District Public Safety Building.  The renovation includes a complete remodel of the interiors, including a small addition on the second floor to the existing wood-framed structure located adjacent to a major fault line.   A seismic retrofit includes new pier foundation elements that will address slope stability, as well as the renovation of living quarters and the Kensington Fire Protection District Administrative Offices.   Living quarters include three dormitory rooms, three bathrooms, laundry facilities, kitchen/dining/day room, exercise room, office, conference room, watch room, three apparatus bays, and support areas.
